 Operations & Leadership

  • Small business startup and successful acquisition. Managed day-to-day operations, sales presentations, branding, project management, pricing, competitive intelligence, and market research.
  • Managed directly over 25 staff at ParentLink. Recruited, interviewed and trained over 15 individuals in multiple organizations in the business. Most individuals grew into promotions under direct management.

 Marketing, Sales & Product Marketing

  • Managed a $2M budget in a $500 Million company. Responsible for all marketing efforts including: websites, webinars, podcasts, product analysis, competitive intelligence, market segmentation, newsletters, social media, direct mail, trade shows, sales presentations, value propositions, surveys, brand protection, style guides, training materials, RFPs, and promotions.
  • Directed new inside sales department, managed team responsible for $4M of renewal income, hiring, training, materials and onsite presentations. Developed sales-training program-based on New-Solution Selling.
  • Managed sales support and training including: RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, inbound leads, onsite presentations, department training, value propositions, product training and strategic vertical development.
  • Inventor – (patent pending) product called Teacher Reach. Oversaw holistic product development including: Five developers in agile development model, iteration planning, Ux usability analysis, SCRUM rapid iteration standards, testing, training, product release, and international release.

 International Business

  • Directed entire business functions in Bangkok, Thailand. Operations included: human resources, accounting, payroll, hiring/terminations, team development and business development.
  • Doubled staff size in Thailand, built new operations department, new training, improved leadership and management skills, created a management training staff (operations are now entirely run by native staff) True Global Business
  • Opened new territory for sales and marketing of ParentLink product. Increased department output and operations to a 24-hour service center.
  • Built online Customer Portal for customer management, ticket and issue handling, tracking, reporting, communication forums, training and reporting for customer management, and internal communications.
